2. Products & Pricing All products listed are designed for professional removals use. Prices are shown in AUD and GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update or change prices and product descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment Orders can be placed through direct contact, via email, phone, or in person. Full payment is required before dispatch or pick-up. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as advised.

4. Pickup 

• Local pickup from Silverwater (NSW) and Reservoir (VIC)

5. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our heavy-duty commercial equipment, returns are only accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Warranty Our products are made for long-term use under normal professional operating conditions. Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, modification, or general wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the correct application and safe handling of all items.
